Chef Sofia’s culinary journey began in her hometown of Naples, where the vibrant food culture ignited her passion for cooking. She spent her childhood in the kitchen, learning traditional Neapolitan recipes from her mother and grandmother. Eager to turn her passion into a profession, Sofia enrolled in the Culinary Academy of Naples, where she excelled in her studies and developed a strong foundation in Italian cuisine.
Her career took off when she joined a well-known restaurant in Milan, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become Sous Chef. During this time, she refined her skills in fine dining and developed a unique style that blends the rich flavors of southern Italy with the sophistication of northern Italian cuisine. Her innovative approach and dedication to quality earned her the position of Head Chef at Ristorante La Dolce Vita, where she has been leading the kitchen for the past decade.
